THE NEW YEAR HAS
ARRIVED AND THE PLANNING BEGINS
The
Hoyt Lakes Water Carnival Committee is again making plans for this years'
celebration. Since
last year, we
have been meeting monthly reviewing our notes from last year, discussing what
worked and what didn't, and what needs enhancement for this year.
We
are currently seeking any interested, motivated individuals to join our
committee. Although there is a great deal of planning involved, we have one
spot open that promises excitement and fun all year long!

We are currently in the
process of hiring entertainment for the Carnival.
The Thursday evening City
picnic is again part of the agenda and we hope to bring back the Polka Music
also. The Prior Lake Water Ski show, the Dock Dogs, the Parade, Children's
Events, the Fireworks and the many Tournaments and Races are all coming together
and we hope to be able to schedule them in the next few months.
We will
be checking with previous individuals who assisted in our many Tournaments and
Events. If anyone would like to volunteer to assist the Committee, please

We are
grateful for the individuals who helped us last year and we hope that they will
