Insurances – Cherie/Connor 

Parade – contact w/ coordinator - Nikki  

Picnic – Dan/Brian/Mel 

Schedules – Wristband and Beer Booth –Brad/Nikki 

Softball – contact w/ coordinator – Brian/Mel 

Sponsors – Sponsor letters (list of who and how much), posters and logo – Mel/Brian 

Turtle Races  - contact w/ coordinator - Jill 

Vendors – Handling vendors and locations (letters and set-up) – Cherie/Connor
